Cancellation Policy

At Sunrise MediaTech, we strive to provide continuous and effective digital marketing services to help your business grow. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:


Monthly Subscription:
  • Commitment: Our services operate on a month-to-month basis, offering flexibility without long-term commitments.

  • Notice Period: To cancel your subscription, please provide a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Effective Date: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing month. No further charges will be applied.


Cancellation Process:
  • Submit Request: Email us at hbhogal@sunrisemediatech.com with your cancellation request.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

  • Final Billing: Ensure that all outstanding invoices are settled before the cancellation date.


Refunds on Cancellation:
  • Service Guarantee: If you cancel within the first 2 months and our performance guarantee is not met (i.e., not achieving 15 booked consultations or 6 successful case closures), we will extend our services for an additional 2 months at no cost.

  • No Refund for Completed Months: Payments for services rendered up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.


Early Termination:
  • No Penalty: Since our services are month-to-month, there are no penalties for early termination.

  • Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances must be cleared prior to cancellation.
