Service Guarantee:
  • Performance Guarantee: If we do not achieve either 15 booked and attended consultations (Invisalign, Veneers, or Implants) or 6 successful case closures within 2 months, we will extend our services to you at no additional cost for the following 2 months.

  • Service Extension: To qualify for the service extension, clients are required to provide a maximum of 2 videos each month to optimize our marketing efforts.


Refund Conditions:
  • Accidental Charges: In the event that you are charged automatically by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will process a full refund for any unauthorized or accidental charges within 7 business days of verification.

  • Customized Guarantees: We offer customized guarantees based on your specific needs. Please contact our support team to discuss tailored solutions.

  • Customized Services: Any bespoke services or add-ons agreed upon will not be eligible for refunds.
